We offer a 7-day exchange policy for damaged or defective products only, which means you must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@lunarsteps.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an exchange.
